For nearly 3 decades the J.O. Williams Corporation has been buying, selling, managing, and providing mortgage loan services for mortgage loans on commercial real property in Tallahassee, Florida and surrounding counties in North Florida. Mortgage loans are generally provided through the Small Business Administration, banks, and qualified private investors.
The J.O. Williams Corporation was named after my father, John O. Williams Sr. His war buddies called him J.O. My father was a man of honor, and there is honor in the company. Many people call me J.O. today, since my father has passed away. I find that pleasant, and I strive to live up to the name.
We provide help with hard equity loans for lenders with damaged credit through private investors. The rates are higher than other products we offer, and they serve a real purpose during what has been a difficult economic time for most of us.
